Norms and Responsibilities

The Norms are relatively simple..be nice, be constructive in your responses, stay on topic.
The Responsibilities should be to only add to the conversation if it can be in a positive way, without name calling. You should be prepared in your comments, arrive with data to back them up if you are willing to share.
