I feel all individuals should have the right to access the information that they desire so long as it adheres to local, state, and federal laws. They should also have the right to access that information without having to worry about the safety of their personal and private information being compromised.
All citizens should be responsible for any and all things that they post, just as they would be responsible if they were published in a written medium. They should also be responsible for using the internet in a way that protects themselves as well as to lead and teach others to do same.
