Norms and Responsibilities

I feel it should be a norm that everyone should have access to the digital world; and just like manners are taught in the face to face world, digital citizenship etiquette/manners needs to be taught.  I feel people should be able to feel safe and secure when using digital tools.  I feel it is the user’s responsibility to use digital etiquette when using digital tools and to follow the laws.  Sometimes I don’t think kids realize they can get in trouble on the internet, just like in the real world.  It is also our responsibility to do our best in keeping ourselves and information safe by making smart choices while using digital tools. When user rights and user responsibility work together, we can create a healthy digital world.
