As a teacher of an intermediate school age level, students are immersed in technology almost everywhere they go. It is important to highlight that all of these avenues of technology and media require rules and expectations just like other areas of their life. Good actions equal good consequences. I think it is easy to lose sight of the impact their actions are taking when engaging in these tools. It is our job to help guide them in their thinking so they can do it appropriately as they work independently.
