Norms and Responsibilities

It might be easy to say that in today’s digital world, users should have the right to privacy, safety, and access to reliable information. However, with today's digital world being so fast-paced, I feel that it might be difficult to create guidelines/laws to enforce these rights. As users in the digital world, it is our responsibility to create guidelines and laws that can adjust accordingly to the rapid-changes that occur in the digital world so that it is safe, fair, and respectful for everyone.
