I believe that 2 important rights of students in the digital world are right to privacy, and freedom of speech. Many times, both of these rights are tested to their limits.
In the right to freedom of speech, students need to understand that right does not give them power to say anything. While expressing their freedom of speech, it must be done in a respectful manner. Failure to be respectful, can result in criminal charges.
In the right to privacy, students need to understand that people have the right to share private moments, and not make them public. What I mean is that if student 1 shares private information with student 2, then student 2 has no right to make this information public without student 1's permission.
