Norms and Responsibilities

Privacy is a user right that should be part of the norms in this digital world.  As for responsibilities, we have many.  I believe we have a responsibility to interact with others similar to how we would interact in a face to face encounter.  At times we see that it can be easy for people to hide behind some form of anonymity and post things they would not otherwise.  We also have a responsibility to keep certain information private and not share everything, especially information that could be harmful.
