Technology makes communication a lot more accessible, but I believe the lack of face-to-face communication sometimes makes one think he can share less tactfully than he would in person. Messages sometimes get shared with an unintended recipient, or words are shared before the dust has settled. We need to remember that what is shared electronically is always going to be there. Use words that reflect a true intention, not just emotions of the moment. These conversations can also be very public. We need to use good judgement when deciding what to share publicly and what to share one-on-one.
