Norms and Responsibilities

We should have the right to access, share, and use information legally available.  However, if accessing this information or our contributions to the information pool are inappropriate or endanger others, then we forfeit our rights.  We have a responsibility to be safe and follow laws established.  We have a responsibility to be knowledgeable and active in the ongoing process of generating regulations surrounding the digital world and the constant information flow.  We need to communicate with our children about these rights, regulations, and responsibilities.
