Norms and Responsibilities

I feel strongly that we owe it to our students to educate them on this trend of Digital Citizenship.  Many have been allowed just to go out and try it with little to know supervision.  We need a curriculum or a guide with listed clearly norms of behaviors for students on the internet.  What is their right or responsibility on cell phones and videotaping.  They act without thinking of the consequences.  I think of a popular musician who took a selfie in a voting booth.  Not blatantly trying to break the law.  Just did not think of his responsibility and potential consequences for his actions.
