Norms and Responsibilities

Users of the digital world should have the right to freely express themselves, while their responsibilities would be maintaining keeping their information safe as well as the privacy of others.  Users have the right to access resources to increase their learning and gain information.  Their voice that is heard or read by others should be respectful of others; positive character traits should be reflected in their comments or postings.  Use of the internet is a privilege, just as driving.  Education and training should be provided with the digital world, just as a driving license.
