Norms and Responsibilities

It's funny that I have never seen a document which covers the responsibilities for young adults in a classroom.  This, in my opinion, should START in the fourth grade. This is when the young person begins  to look and think harder about what they are looking at online. If a comprehensive program could start at the fourth grade level and extend into ninth grade, I believe we would have more responsible digital citizens.
