Norms and Responsibilties

I whole heartedly believe in free speech but in today's society there is free speech with anonymity which creates a whole different culture.  This is why we need norms and responsibilities taught in our schools.  We need more caring, compassion, and less hate and evil in all aspects of our digital world.
