Digital Citizenship rights should include freedom of expression to share thoughts and ideas.  Being able to have access to information that is public and that which others share with you.

Responsibilities that are important include the appropriate use of digital devices to share truthful information with others without sharing confidential information.  Everyone needs to be cautious and understand that once something is posted online, it is there forever.
