Norms and responsibilities

I believe that all users of the internet must be responsible to their own safety. Each user needs to be aware and thoughtful of their exploration. Like a pioneer on the frontier, users of the internet must be very aware and observant of their internet location. The user must have an understanding of where the internet information is coming from and where their shared information will be going.
