What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world? What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?

Users should be respectful when interacting with digital tools. This comes across as using citations instead of plagiarizing, looking deeper into sources, and interacting as if you were having a conversation with person outside of the internet. Users should learn to be smart consumers of digital tools and not trust everything on first glance. Users should take a moment to  understand potential motives for different posts and gather information from multiple sources.
