Norms and responsibilities

I understand the freedom of speech that people are writing about, just remember if you say something people don't like they have the same freedom of speech.  Please be kind, I have known people to get kicked off of social media because of things said or language used.  Ask yourself, was it worth it? Did you get your point across?  Will it impact your career or future?
