I believe students have certain norms and responsibilities they need to adhere to. They need to be taught safe and effective methods of using the internet to be able to enhance their learning. They also need to learn what's appropriate and inappropriate as far as the privacy and rights of others. It's far too easy in this digital age to say or do the wrong thing which can haunt them for the rest of their lives.
