Norms and responsibilities

We should have the right to safety while using the Internet.  Often we are asked to provide personal information including SSN and it is scary to think of the possibilities of identify theft, anonymous bullying, and child predators.  With that being said, people who act irresponsibly or illegally online should be prosecuted and lose their Internet privileges.  The cyber world is relatively new, but the laws need to catch up to protect citizens, including children.  I like the THINK acronym for online posts.  (Is it True, Honest, Inspiring, Necessary, and Kind?)  Those are good norms and responsibilities for all of us to follow.
