I believe the norms and responsibilities in the digital world should be using the proper use of our freedom of rights correctly. It is our responsibility to make sure it is a safe place for not only our children but for everyone. By making sure hurtful content is not spread or found easily would be the user responsibility and by setting good examples would hopefully help model others.
