Norms and responsibilities

In the school I work at not much of anything is blocked. Facebook is really the only thing. I am a Para, the teachers go over their expectations for the class with regards to the internet at the beginning of every trimester. The students know right from the beginning what is expectations are and what will happen if the computer is misused. If the student plagiarizes one time, grade is lowered fifty percent. Second time and the get a "F" and the retake the class the next time the class is offered. I think the students are responsible but there are also a few who get in trouble.
