Norms and responsibilities

I see the norm of digital rights as being that we all have access to the digital world and information. This is very clear to most people whether they choose to use that access to it or not. Because this is such a large part of most of our lives, there must be rules that go along with this to keep order. I agree with many others that this is often ignored or only the surface of this is brushed on. We need to teach the appropriate behaviors of navigating the digital world just like we teach appropriate behaviors in the real world.
