Norms and responsibilities

I believe users should act on the internet as we want them to do in our classrooms and hallways.  They should be able to post material that is not harmful to others and that is their own work.  They should post in ways that benefits the person posting and possibly others reading the post.  They need to understand the permanence of posting on the internet.
