Norms and responsibilities

Students using digital technology need to use common sense. In posting, tweeting, texting, or using any other social media, think before pushing the send button. Many students send items over social media when they are upset or angry. Once these posts are on social media, they can not be taken back. Whether it is bullying another person, or sending inappropriate photos, these things cannot be taken back. Using social media is certainly a right, but with those rights come responsibilities. Students need to realize the expectations of using digital tools.
