As many others have mentioned, there are some common sense rules of person to person etiquette that are applicable to our digital world as well (i.e don't steal other peoples stuff=identity). However, there is a new added layer with our digital world. It's much easier to type an opinion than it is to say it outloud to a real person when the emotions of the situation are limited. We need a 'Dear Abby' of digital world to lay it out there in kind, but honest words.
