Other Ways to Use Gmail

I thought that Gmail would be a good tool to use for collaboration and productivity, which I recently learned about in the Universal Constructs class. The tasks could be used to help students keep organized and know when their assignments are due and see when they are due in relation to their other assignments. The Google Chat link did not work because it has been replaced with hangouts, which I have not really used yet. I imagine, though, that it would be a good place for students to discuss topics, homework, and projects. Students can also organize their emails by subject through labels and organize them by importance.
