Parent and Student Communication Labels

I use my gmail labels to organize my student and parent communications per semester, and share these labels with my administrator in order to document evidence of continuous communication.

This is a great way to organize.  I also think that the signature piece is very relevant for administrators and parents so they know just exactly which Class and Class Section you are representing.
