When you teach cheerleading at a high school, you must have all the cool, hip cheers. Pinterest helps me stay cool. I enjoy pinterest for the newest, updated cheers. Classical cheers are a staple of the sport but you want to be able to keep your crowd, but most importantly your student section. Two cheer ladies I follow are Leslie Hinson and Lisa Griest @lbianc22. Leslie is the cheer coach for Georgia Force Cheer. Lisa focuses on middle school cheer. Even if I don't use the motions for the cheers, the words themselves can be very catchy. The nice thing about Pinterest is that if it is a video, it takes you to YouTube where you can also follow them again. You are even able to slow the speed of videos down to help learn.
