I am not currently teaching. I am a 4-H Youth Development Specialist, working with youth, staff, and volunteers. One of my responsibilities is to train adult volunteers to better serve youth. Last year our topic was Building Resiliency in Youth and much of the focus was on Growth Mindset. I have created a board for that specific topic and am going to keep researching to find more things to pin to that board. I will share these with other staff members, as well as our volunteers.
