I am familiar with Pinterest and did occasionally use it during my years of teaching preschool.  It's important for teachers to choose activities that are open-ended and not the typical "Pinterest" cookie-cutter activity.  I also used Pinterest to search for ideas when we were redesigning our playground and looking for mud kitchens that children could "cook" in.  When I'm at a creative block I do enjoy turning to Pinterest for a spark of ideas!
