Privacy Settings

When I started using Facebook, I was not aware of option to protect my account.  Over the years, I have heard and learned more about the options of the privacy settings.  My account is set to public and I have elected not to change it for the following reasons.  First, I post very little information on Facebook, none of which is personal or private in nature.  The other reason is that even if I were to change the setting to friends only, friends of my friends can see my information.  Thus, is really does very little to protect your information.  Again, that is why I use the practice of posting very little information and ensuring the contect is not private in nature.
