I went into my Facebook privacy settings for the first time in a long time. I had not seen their Privacy Checkup feature before and was surprised at how many applications I’ve given access to my information. I changed the setting for every app so that only I can see any activity on them. This feature seems like a step in the right direction for Facebook. It seems there are always rumors about Facebook changing users’ settings without consultation. Users should perhaps make a habit of checking these privacy settings regularly.
