Rights, Norms, and Responsibilities.

Users should have the right to access information and news content at reasonable cost and with ease.  People should have the right to conduct daily business online such as paying bills, shopping, and searching for personal or health related needs to better their situation.  A norm should be that people use their actual name when sharing information and opinions.  It isn't right to hide behind a screen name without repercussions.  Users should also respect private information that should not be shared anywhere.  It has once been said that when something is posted online, it is there forever.

Users need to take responsibility for their actions just like in the real world.  Having their real name attached to their online actions would hopefully build accountability.  Users should take responsibility towards educating themselves on the rights and wrongs of the digital world.  Utilizing the digital world is a privilege and should not be abused.
