Rights: People should have the right to access public information and have the option to remain private. These rules would be adjusted for classroom settings as students should not have access to anything and everything that is public.
Responsibilities: When a user has their information private it would also mean that those viewing it would keep it private and not be sharing it as public. Students would have the responsibility of viewing only the things they have access to, not claiming it as their own and not sharing private information as public.
