Rights/Responsibilities

Whether in a digital world or in the real world, the expectations of rights and responsibilities should remain the same or similar.  Individuals should have the right to their right to safety and freedoms etc. and that their limits to those various freedoms.  It is therefore the responsibility of individuals to practice the citizenship skills they should display in society, online or in whatever digital format appropriate.
