Rights and Responsibilites

User's Rights and Responsibilities come up in our modern world on a constant daily basis. Both for the User and the Provider giving the service. Both have the need to advocate for themselves to make sure that they are taken care of and their digital footprint is protected. Evidence of this can be observed with the recent Facebook testimony in Congress by Mark Zuckerberg showing that they collect user information. As well, on a User level and as an Educator we need to be conscious of how our students are using Digital Media and making sure that they are within the law and societal standard as well.
