Rights and Responsibilites

I feel the school districts have the responsibility to teach our students about being a good digital citizen.  All students need to understand the importance of safety when online at school or home.  They also need to understand the consequences of not abiding by the norms set up by a school district, which can result in a loss of technology.  More importantly we need to be educating kids on how they stay safe  and appropriate when using technology.  Students have a right to use technology, but not a right to abuse it.
