Rights and Responsibilities of Digital Users

The Golden Rule works for everything.  If we treat others that way that we would like to be treated, we will likely get along with most people.  Communication is a challenge; often we are misunderstood or we misunderstand others.  Digital communication is expanding, and with it comes the responsibility to stay within the moral boundaries of our society.
