Rights and Responsibilities

With everything in the world and society changing so fast today, it is often times hard to keep up with the changes in technology.  As an educator and a parent that finds value in using technology, but finding that fine line of not enough/or too little.  I strongly feel that technology is a valuable tool if used correctly, and it can open up doors we never imagined.  But, while using these tools it is our responsibility to use them correctly cause if they are not then we may not have the right to use them.  Both of these coincide together and ties right into another response I read about using technology with common sense.  If we use our common sense and respect the capabilities of technology, we are therefore being responsible and modeling positive behavior to continue using the rights we have in the digital world.
