Rights and Responsibilities

Some user rights that all should have when it comes to norms in this digital world are: right to use different types of digital technology in an appropriate manner, right to access the internet and use other forms of social media, right to be able to express yourself (freedom of speech), right to maintain personal privacy, right to not be bullied, right to feel safe while using digital technology.

Some Responsibilities that come along with those rights are to use technology in an appropriate manner; only going to sites that are considered appropriate and safe, treating people with respect on social media sites, making good ethical choices at all times and understanding that everything you do on the internet is your future footprint.
