Rights and Responsibilities

We all have a right to use digital technology.  We all have a right to share our thoughts freely (freedom of speech). We all have a right to be safe when using technology.  

With these rights come responsibilities.  We have a responsibility to treat one another with kindness and respect even if we disagree with something posted or shared.  We have a responsibility to avoid sites that could be unsafe (dark web), we have a responsibility to report when a site we are on poses a danger or threat to an individual or group.  We have a responsibility to ourselves knowing that everything we do on the internet is a part of our digital imprint.
