We have copyright laws, and in school, if you are caught plagiarizing, there is almost always a punishment. Why can't people who steal ideas or persuade people to commit suicide be prosecuted for theft or murder? I realize several cases have come up that tried to prosecute the bullies badgering people, but haven't most been hard to prove? It's a shame that this wonderful technology can't be monitored more carefully.
