While the digital world is a wonderful and exciting thing for our young learners, it comes with rules and guidelines that users must understand to fully respect themselves and others. Not only does it allow users to access information and resources at a finger tips instant, it also provides some grey area for anominitity. People should have privacy online but there needs to be governing forces. Your private information should be protected but I do believe in the act of freedom of speech. When children are involved there needs to be rules in place to protect them. It is a very complex structure based on whom the target audience is. So many times laws are not followed and many times its because laws are not known and users are unaware.
