Rights and Responsibilities

Some rights that should be norms in a Digital world are:  Right to free speech.  The right to privacy.  The right to secure and real information.  The right to personal safety.
These rights don't happen in the world because we live in a generation that steals and shares people's private info and pictures.  We have people that stalk and abduct people off of real and fake accounts.  Free speech is always threatened.
