Rights and Responsibilities

The right to free speech as stated in the 1st amendment is an assumed right in the digital world, but a good citizen would agree that right should have limitations. I have had students say to me that they have a right to say anything they want, whenever and however they want given to them by the constitution. They obviously assume that they can have freedoms with no responsibilities attached. Presently it seems one gives up the right to privacy upon engaging in the digital world as there seems to be no foolproof safeguards to protect information  once you post it. Personal responsibilities aren't nearly as fun to discuss as presumed rights.
