Rights and Responsibilities

What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?  What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?

In this digital world, I find these lines so blurred.  Rights should still be freedom of speech, the ability to share things you feel are important at the risk of offending people.  There are huge amounts of valuable information on big topics that people are afraid to share at the risk of hurting feelings or ending up in debates (myself included).  Writing things in a respectful manner seems to have taken flight along with many other common senses.  Big issues need big discussions, but in the end, the users responsibility should be to maintain respect and be willing, at the end of the day, to agree to disagree if needed.  

Discussions are one thing, illegal things should be removed.  People think they can hide behind a keyboard.
