Rights and Responsibilities

Digital rights and norms should be expected to be the same as face to face norms.  Freedom of speech and other rights should carry over as well.  People need to be informed and educated as to what is digitally acceptable.  Sometimes, tone and meaning is misunderstood digitally.  Users should be aware of netetiquette and try to practice it at all times.  Another concern I have is that of digital property.  It is our responsibility to be aware of what belongs to others, and to give credit.
