I think all people have the right to feel safe. That there personal information will not be used or "stolen" against their will. But along with feeling safe, the user has the responsibility to have some common sense in not releasing any personal information with unknown people or entity.
Another responsibility is that a user should not harm or exploit another person by releasing any information or media to outlets without the other person's permission. Also, have a responsibility to share information in a respectful manner.
