I feel that everyone should have the rights to access public knowledge information and educational information. We should all have the right to communicate and share information. However much like our other freedoms this should not infringe on the rights of others. if it does so that right or privilege should be taken away or the person should be punished accordingly.
Unfortunately when dealing with young people they often lack foresite and responsibility, therefore the parents need to shoulder some responsibility for monitoring their children. What i mean by this is that parents should let their child know that they will be looking at their social media accounts, emails, etc. I know that sounds like an invasion of privacy to some, I call it being safe.
