Responsibilities:
1.  Follow the rules and expectations of the internet you are accessing (school/work vs. public)
2.  Use technology when it is appropriate (Example, not being on Facebook in class when you should be listening)
3.  Evaluate the information that you are reading for accuracy.
4.  Express themselves appropriately in words and pictures
